West Palm must pay $121,000 plus interest after losing suit over razed home

It was a long battle for Olenza and Venita Roberts, who were refurbishing their home at 915 Seventh St. when the city’s building department deemed it unsafe and demolished it without giving the Robertses notice and allowing them to appeal.
